How do I fill my prescriptions at Dose The Pharmacy?
You can fill your prescriptions in several ways:
• Ask your doctor to send prescriptions directly to Dose The Pharmacy
• Request a transfer from your current pharmacy
• Contact our pharmacy and we will coordinate the transfer for you
Do you always have medications in stock?
Medication availability can change daily due to manufacturer shortages and distributor limits. Please contact the pharmacy for real-time availability confirmation.
Do you carry hard-to-find or backordered medications?
Yes. We specialize in sourcing difficult-to-find medications and will review available alternatives whenever possible.
How do I send a new prescription to Dose?
Luckily, you do not even have to lift a finger. Prescribers can easily send prescriptions to Dose, all you need to do is to ask your prescriber to e-prescriber to Dose – The Pharmacy, they can always call (862) 438-8549 in case they have questions. Once your prescription is ready, we will send a text for you to pay your co-pay and schedule your free delivery with Dose.
Is there any cost at Dose? How much does Dose charge?
Good news is Dose is absolutely free, you just pay your co-pay and we always tell your prescription total before you schedule your free delivery.
Do you accept my insurance?
We accept most major plans, including Horizon NJ Health, Aetna, Caremark, Express Scripts, Cigna, Oscar Health, AmeriGroup, Medicare Part D, and private commercial insurance. If you’re unsure, give us a call or bring in your card!
How do I transfer my prescriptions to Dose?
It’s simple. Just give us your name and your current pharmacy’s phone number. We handle the entire transfer process for you—usually in under 24 hours.
Do you accept patients without insurance?
Yes. We welcome patients with or without insurance and offer competitive cash pricing.
What if my medication is too expensive?
We look for manufacturer coupons and secondary billing options that large chains often overlook. We also offer competitive 'cash pricing' for patients without insurance.
Can you help lower the cost of brand medications?
In many cases, yes. We review manufacturer savings cards, discount programs, and cash pricing options when eligible.
Do you accept GoodRx or other discount cards?
Yes! While we try to beat those prices with our own internal discounts first, we accept all major prescription discount programs.

Can someone else sign for my delivery?
Yes—if you won’t be home, you can designate a safe drop-off location. However, for controlled substances or high-value orders, we’ll require a signature or allow a designated representative to receive it.

There is parking always available right in front of the store. And yes, there is also a large parking lot directly at the building with designated spots for pharmacy customers.

Yes. Our pharmacists provide comprehensive Medication Therapy Management to ensure your different prescriptions aren't interacting poorly and that you are getting the most benefit from your treatment.
Can you flavor liquid medications for children?
We can! We offer a variety of flavors to make medicine time easier for both kids and parents.
Do you carry medical equipment (DME)?
We stock a curated selection of surgical supplies, braces, and home health aids. If we don't have a specific item in stock, we can usually order it for next-day arrival.
