How does Dose work?

Have your prescriber send your prescription directly to Dose—via e-script, fax, or verbal authorization—or ask us to transfer refills from your current pharmacy. We’ll search for savings, manage authorizations, and reach out when it’s time to schedule your delivery.

Do you carry my medication?

Yes. As a full-service pharmacy, Dose fills nearly all medications—including brand-name, generic, over-the-counter, and specialty. Our pharmacists are experienced in areas such as heart health, diabetes, hormone therapy, HIV/PrEP, and more.

Will my medications be covered by insurance?

We accept most major insurance plans, including Medicare and Medicaid. Coverage varies by state—we work to lower your cost using copay assistance, coupons, and savings programs. Please call us at (insert Dose phone number) for your local coverage details.

Will my medications cost more at Dose?

How do I send a new prescription to Dose?

Luckily, you do not even have to lift a finger. Prescribers can easily send prescriptions to Dose, all you need to do is to ask your prescriber to e-prescriber to Dose – The Pharmacy, they can always call (862) 438-8549 in case they have questions. Once your prescription is ready, we will send a text for you to pay your co-pay and schedule your free delivery with Dose.

Is there any cost at Dose? How much does Dose charge?

Good news is Dose is absolutely free, you just pay your co-pay and we always tell your prescription total before you schedule your free delivery.

How do I transfer my prescription from my old pharmacy to Dose?

We handle it! Just initiate the transfer through our app, website, or by calling us. We’ll request your medications from your previous pharmacy, apply savings, and notify you once ready. Transfers typically take a few business days.

How to transfer my refills from my old pharmacy to Dose?

There are several easy ways to do it, first by calling us, just provide us the information of your old pharmacy and medication, we will take care of the rest. Dose team will contact your old pharmacy, get your insurance information, and get your refills transferred in to Dose. Secondly, you can easily fill a transfer RX form at our website, once we receive the information, we will contact your old pharmacy. Once your prescription is transferred and filled at Dose, we will send you a text to pay your co-pays and schedule your free delivery. As always, you do not have to do a thing.

How can I refill my medication?

Once your prescription is active, Dose coordinates with your provider and insurer to refill your medication on time. We’ll notify you when it’s ready, and you can opt for automatic refills through our app, website, or by calling us.

How much does it cost to use Dose?

Can I use my FSA/HSA with Dose?

Absolutely! You can use FSA/HSA cards to pay—either online, via the app, or over the phone.

Can someone else sign for my delivery?

Yes—if you won’t be home, you can designate a safe drop-off location. However, for controlled substances or high-value orders, we’ll require a signature or allow a designated representative to receive it.

Can I chat directly with a pharmacist?
