1. Introduction

Welcome to Dose – The Pharmacy (“Dose,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website doseall.com (the “Site”), our mobile applications (if any), and all services we offer (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing the Site or using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy, Cookies Policy, and any other policies referenced herein. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site or the Services.

2. Who We Are

Dose – The Pharmacy is a licensed pharmacy service providing prescription dispensing, medication compounding, delivery, and patient support. Our registered business address, licensing details, and professional qualifications are available upon request.

3. Eligibility and Account Registration

3.1 You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority where you reside) and have the authority to enter into a binding agreement to use our Services.
3.2 Some Services may require you to create an account with us. You agree to provide accurate and complete information, and to maintain and update it as needed.
3.3 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials and for all activities under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Services Provided

4.1 Prescription Filling & Delivery. Dose accepts valid prescriptions from licensed prescribers and provides delivery to eligible service areas. We handle new prescriptions, refills, and transfers depending on your insurance and individual situation.
4.2 Compounding & Specialty Services. We offer specially formulated medications (compounding) per your prescriber’s order. These may include personalized doses, flavoring, or non-standard dosage forms.
4.3 Eligibility Verification & Payments. We verify insurance information, co-pays, and plan coverage. You remain responsible for any portion of costs not covered by your plan.
4.4 Free Delivery & Service Guarantees. We provide complimentary standard delivery in covered zones. You must provide accurate delivery instructions and accept the medication when it arrives (or arrange for secure drop-off).
4.5 Customer Support. We provide pharmacist consultation, text or chat support, and ongoing medication management services as described on the Site.

5. Orders, Payment & Refills

5.1 Placing an Order. You authorize Dose to act on your behalf to receive prescriptions, transfer medications, or communicate with your prescriber/other pharmacy, where applicable.
5.2 Payment. You authorize requests for payment of your co-pay, deductible, or cash payment via text or other approved methods. You must provide valid payment information.
5.3 Insurance & Co-Pays. Dose verifies insurance eligibility for convenience; however, you remain financially responsible for any portion not covered by your insurance.
5.4 Refills & Transfers. We coordinate refills and transfers of prescriptions, but we cannot guarantee immediate availability. Delivery timelines may vary based on prescriptions, dosage, local regulations, and inventory.

6. Prescription Use & Safety

6.1 You represent that your prescription is valid, has been issued by a licensed prescriber, and is appropriate for you.
6.2 You acknowledge that you are responsible for following your prescriber’s directions and informing us of any allergies, contraindications, or changes to your medications or health status.
6.3 Compounded medications carry unique considerations: they may not be FDA-approved for all uses, may have different availability, and require specialty pharmacy handling. We will provide instructions and counsel when needed.
6.4 Delivery Receipt. Someone of legal age must accept delivery, unless a “no-contact” drop is authorized in advance. If medication is left unattended without consent, Dose is not responsible for resulting risk or loss.

7. User Conduct

You agree to use the Site and Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You shall not:

• Provide false or misleading information;

• Use the Site to transmit harmful, illegal or unauthorized content;

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or restrict other users’ access;

• Resell or misuse medications obtained from Dose;

• Use automated or scripted means to access the Site without prior written consent.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, features, and functionality on the Site—including but not limited to text, graphics, user interface, code, logos, images, and data—are owned by or licensed to Dose and protected by IP laws. You may not replicate, modify, distribute, or publicly display any portion of the Site without our prior written permission.

9. Privacy & Data Protection

We handle your personal and health information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the Site you acknowledge that such information may be collected and processed as described in that policy. You agree to our collection, use, and disclosure practices and acknowledge that you have reviewed the policy.

10. Third-Party Sites & Services

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services not controlled by Dose. We are not responsible for the content, practices, or privacy policies of those sites. Use them at your own risk.

11. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

11.1 DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES. The Services, Site, and any products are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE,” without warranties of any kind. Dose expressly disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including for merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted service.
11.2 LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dose and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or Services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for services in the prior twelve (12) months, or one hundred dollars ($100), whichever is greater. Some jurisdictions may not allow such limitations, so they may not apply to you.

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Dose, its officers, directors, employees, agents and affiliates from any liabilities, claims, demands, losses or costs (including attorneys’ fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site or Services, or your violation of applicable law.

13. Termination

13.1 We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site or Services at any time for any reason, including your violation of these Terms or applicable regulations.
13.2 Upon termination, you must stop using the Site and Services. Sections 4–13, 15–18 and any other surviving provisions will remain in effect.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. We will post the updated document on the Site with a new “Effective Date.” Your continued use of the Site after changes indicates your consent to the modified Terms.

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state where Dose is licensed and operating (please insert jurisdiction). Any dispute arising under or relating to these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state and federal courts of that jurisdiction unless otherwise agreed in writing.
